Greetings, in the name of Jesus the Christ. Janet and I welcome you to Bass Tabernacle C.M.E. Church website. We thank God for touching your heart and causing you to visit us here on the web. We pray that you will take the time to join us in worship service real soon. Worship is a powerful force that opens up a channel between God's throne and our hearts to receive God's power, His nature and character. Once again, you are welcome to join us at Bible Study, Sunday School, or Worship Service to get a word of encouragement.

Here at Bass Tabernacle we place high value in God's Word, reverencing and respecting it. By doing so we have an expectation to encounter God Himself; for God and His Word are one. It is our dependence on God's Word that really shows our hunger and thirst for God. If a person is truly hungry and thirsty for God and seeks Him with all his heart, his hunger and thirst will inevitably lead him to the Word of God. Praise the Lord! We strongly urge you and everything that has breath to "Praise the Lord." Always remember: The things which are impossible with men are possible with God (Luke ).  The Lord is worthy to be praised.

God Bless,

Rev. Paul L. Harton and First Lady Janet
